Operating condition of barrel pumps unknown but both handles appear to turn and move as required. Air horn was tested using our air compressor – LOUD! Only one (1) jack stand included. Items are dirty from use and storage. Each item was NOT closely inspected. Overall operating condition is unknown. May require maintenance; repairs or inspection prior to use.
