Item was plugged in and powered on – appears to get hot and operate as required. Remote control attached but unknown if remote operates heater – we have never seen an oil heater with a remote. Item is dusty and dirty from storage - may require cleaning prior to use. Item(s) NOT closely inspected. Overall operating condition is unknown.
