Items appear to be an original watercolour paintings with information mounted on the rear. Both items do not appear to be signed but have signatures on paper on the rear. Items are titled – see images. Both items are from the local area here in British Columbia. Items appear to have been professionally framed. Some artist information was taken from markings on the back of the painting. Frame has some marks and scratches – dusty from storage. No other information is included. Actual artist medium has not been confirmed or verified. Bidders should inspect items before placing bids. Item(s) NOT closely inspected. Overall operating condition is unknown.
