Government Surplus Item: Item was pulled three times for testing – Missing fuel tank – did not start. Engine turns over and appears to have some compression – overall operating condition unknown. Hour meter is hanging loose and is not displaying the hours. Sticker on machine indicates more than 400 hours – not confirmed. Item is designed with a steel tube type frame that is also used for handles when moving. Item(s) NOT closely inspected. Overall operating condition is unknown.
