Item has been previously used. Engine turns over and tries to fire but after 3 pulls – did not start. Items smells like stale gas. Appears to be missing the muffler and drive belt/belt cover. Tiller has a two speed transmission with reverse. Some controls are loose and item may require repairs. Item(s) NOT closely inspected. Overall operating condition is unknown.
