ALL BIDDERS agree that The City of New Westminster, All City Auctioneers Ltd and this online auction site
have done their due diligence trying to provide the current vehicle status of the items being sold within this
auction. ALL VEHICLES are considered to have “previous vehicle damage over $2000”. Some personal items
visible in the images may NOT be included with the vehicle when sold and may have been removed after the
images were taken.

These are abandoned; impounded; seized vehicles and as such - the condition of each item is UNKNOWN. All
bidders and/or buyers must determine the overall condition of each item for themselves. All items are being
sold without any guarantees or warranty whatsoever (as-is, where-is). By placing a bid, the bidder
understands that this vehicle may not be road worthy and may require repairs; maintenance or inspection
prior to use. Keys that are included may not include all required keys for the vehicle – the keys included were
the keys provided at the time of seizure or impound and some vehicles will NOT include any keys at all. Items
are available for inspection ONLY on Tuesday, February 15th from 10am until 3pm at 420 Boyne Street New
Westminster – COVID Restrictions WILL be in place.

All vehicles have valid BC Registration and MUST be transferred prior to removal from the auction location.
The “Sellers Copy” of the transfer form will be considered the release document and if the buyer does NOT
provide the seller's copy to the tow yard, the vehicle will NOT be released. Vehicle registration documents
may also be required in order to demonstrate ownership has been transferred prior to the vehicle being
released to the buyer (new owner). NO VEHICLE REPAIRS CAN BE PERFORMED ON-SITE!

Items MUST be paid within 24 hours by Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cash, or e-Transfer.
Cash/Debit/Credit Card transactions are done in person at our Langley office – 22652 Fraser Highway.
Credit card transactions can also be done over the phone only AFTER completing an authorization form –
forms can be requested by telephone or email and are also available at the viewing in New Westminster
(604-514-0194).
