Government Surplus Item. 2012 Toro Sand Pro 3040 Sand Grooming & Cleaning Machine with 5088 hours on the meter. Item appears to be complete. Item was declared to require engine repairs. Item arrived with the battery disconnected. Battery was connected for testing and the engine turns over but did not fire or start. Front tire appears to be low. Tires have decent amount of tread remaining. Some handles and levers may require repairs – some are loose – others are a little stiff. All options were NOT fully tested and some are untested. Item may have outstanding recalls and buyer should ensure they have all necessary permits and licensing to own/operate vehicle. Expect item to require maintenance; repairs or certification prior to use. See images for more information. Inspection highly recommended prior to placing bids. Item is being sold by bill of sale only – no registration documents are included.
