Description
Government Surplus Item. Registration has a “Normal” designation. Vehicle was driven around our yard and appears to function as required but overall operating condition is unknown – battery is weak and may require replacement. 2004 Chevrolet Astro Cargo Van. Engine is a 4.3L V6 with automatic transmission – 74967 kms. Cargo area is equipped with a multi-compartment rear storage box with mesh cargo divider screen. A third seat is mounted in the rear and the vehicle is equipped with a Webasto AirTop 2000 Auxiliary heater. Vehicle has very few factory options. Interior is in reasonable condition with some visible wear; marks and scratches – driver's seat is worn. Some screw holes are visible from radio and equipment mounting and removal. Exterior has small dents; marks and scratches – some larger dents located on driver and passenger sides. Tires appear to be in good condition. Glass appears to be in good condition. All vehicle options were NOT fully tested and some are untested. Item may have outstanding recalls and buyer should ensure they have all necessary permits and licensing to own/operate vehicle. Expect item to require maintenance; repairs or certification prior to use. See images and YouTube video for more information. Inspection highly recommended prior to placing bids. Buyer required to show transfer of ownership prior to removal – NO exceptions.
