Item appears to be complete. Item has various handles and levers to control the tines and the raking height. Item has been a wonderful yard ornament and appears to be in decent condition. This item is located in Surrey - still on the farm. There is a "small" farm tractor available to assist with loading but removal and loading is the responsibility of the buyer. Payment is NOT accepted at the farm. Buyer will be provided the removal address once the item has been paid. ALL COVID Protocols must be followed.
