Booster pack was used for testing – engine turns over but did not start – gas?? Item appears to be complete. Rope pull may require repairs and one foot or stabilizer seems loose. Item is quite heavy – handles attached. Hour meter did not power on using booster pack – hours unknown. Paperwork indicates item was purchased in 2018. Item(s) NOT closely inspected.
