Items appear to be unused. Roll of strapping was indicated to be old inventory and the cardboard of the roll started falling apart – see images. Box of clips arrived previously opened – unknown if some have been used. Markings on strapping indicates about 24000 feet on roll. Item(s) NOT closely inspected.
