Item is unused but has been in storage for some time. Pump was plugged in and powered on. Overflow alarm was plugged in; powered on and tested – quite loud! Manual included. Foam seal may require replacement. Appears to be complete. None of the sewer connections have been cut out. Item(s) NOT closely inspected. Overall operating condition is unknown.
