Description
Item appears to be quite old – antique or collectible. Base of item appears to be leather with mother of pearl. Various large feathers are attached to the base with smaller feathers attached to the larger ones. Some smaller feathers are missing but some extras are included. Top of item appears to have a small arrow or spear with various bear claws attached to leather tassels. No artist information visible. Item may require cleaning – dusty from display.
