Appears to be complete including bar cover. Engine turns over and appears to have good compression. After about 5 pulls the engine fired but did not start and Rich quite pulling. Item was NOT closely inspected. Overall operating condition is unknown. May require maintenance; repairs or inspection prior to use. See images for additional information.
