Item appears to operate as required but was not fully tested. Blades are rusty and may require sharpening. Handle length appears to be adjustable. Wheels appear to be solid plastic and do not show much wear. An excellent way for kids to earn summer spending money! Item was NOT closely inspected. Overall operating condition is unknown.
