Item appears to be 3-phase and is untested – specialized plug required. Stand is well built with rubber-style anti-vibration pads. One (1) brush appears to be steel for polishing. Other brush appears to be some sort of fabric for buffing. Some accessories and extra parts are included. Cart visible in images is NOT included. Item was NOT closely inspected.
