Both items were plugged in and powered on – appear to operate as required. Sander requires a 3x18 inch belt. Buttons; levers and controls all appear to operate as required. Both items are quite dirty and appear to have been well used. Unknown if both items are Ryobi branded. Each item was NOT closely inspected. Overall operating condition is unknown.
