Government Surplus Item. Item appears to be usable but we did not have time to see if it actually floats. Item appears to be plastic construction and has visible marks and scratches on the bottom from use. Item has a rated capacity of THREE people but has FOUR built in cup holders – so someone must be double drinking! Item would be quite useful with a Mercury 6hp motor (sold separately).
