Items appears to have very little use or is unused. Lots of those little plastic rubber bits sticking out of the tread. Steel 5 bolt wheel included. Tread depth measurement was taken from a single location on the tire – 12mm. Item(s) NOT closely inspected. Overall operating condition is unknown.
