Dremel was plugged in and powered on – appears to operate as required – NOT fully tested. Kit has various styles of bits. Some bits appear to be diamond-tipped grinding bits – NOT confirmed. Some bits are loose inside the plastic case. Unknown if all bits fit the included Dremel. Item(s) NOT closely inspected. Overall operating condition is unknown.
