Three (3) drills are 14.4V – power on and appear to function. One (1) drill is 18V – powers on and appears to function. Two (2) chargers are universal – can be used with either voltage. One (1) 14.4V battery did not take a charge. Items were NOT tested under load. Item(s) NOT closely inspected. Overall operating condition is unknown.
